The yogurt is made from nonfat organic dairy sweetened with fruit juice and purees, toppings are mostly organic, and the menu goes beyond green tea and “plain” flavors. The idea here is green: solar-powered yogurt machines, parfait glasses made of corn, biodegradable bowls, wood spoons, recycled products used in the design such as countertops made from recycled computer chips, and the proceeds go to Slow Food and other such causes.
